Event Overview
The Falmouth Road Race has grown gracefully into one of the signature events in the world of distance running. Indeed, it’s not a marathon – officially measuring seven miles – but Falmouth is on a very short list of the best races in the country. Join Team IMPACT Melanoma for this prestigious national running race and make a difference in the lives of those affected by melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer.
IMPACT Melanoma is thrilled to be returning to Falmouth, MA for this one-of-a kind race, and welcoming runners with a passion for our cause, to reduce the incidence of melanoma, and provide support to patients who have been afflicted. Join Team IMPACT Melanoma for this long-standing historical race.
Bill Rodgers, a three-time champion, would agree on all counts. “I have a lot of fond memories. Good things started happening for me when I won Falmouth. It almost feels like a home-town race. Boston is the classic marathon and Falmouth is the classic American road race.”
IMPACT Melanoma team members are guaranteed:
- An official number in the race
- IMPACT Melanoma SPF running jersey & hat
- Support and training tips with Team Captain and marathon legend Bill Rodgers and Team Coach Dr. Robin Travers.
- Sunscreen, SPF lip balm
- and much more!
