While research is undoubtedly important, we concentrate on applying the vast scientific knowledge already proven about melanoma and securing the resources to make an immediate impact. In 1999, we started as the Massachusetts Melanoma Foundation; then grew to be the Melanoma Foundation of New England and expanded again to focus on the United States.
